| How will my order be shipped? |
| Depending on the accessories ordered
you may receive one or more shipments. The tractor itself is shipped via
UPS ground in a single box measuring 28” x 28” x 20” and
weighing 95 lbs. The tractor’s batteries are hand delivered anywhere
in the United States and Canada. |
| If the tractor is partially
assembled, what will I have to assemble? |
| The frame is delivered with the motors
(located in the tire hubs), tires and wiring harness assembled and ready
to go. The front and rear caster wheel booms, remote receiver and batteries
are connected to the frame during assembly. |
| Question How do I connect the
front and rear caster booms? |
| With both of the motor tires on the
ground, rest the frame’s post on the ground. Attach the caster boom
to the other post using the supplied clevis pin. The front caster boom is
the shorter of the two and is attached to the post on the same side as the
remote receiver. The rear caster boom is the longer of the two and attached
to the post opposite the remote receiver. |
| How do I attach the remotes
receiver to the frame? |
| First connect the front and rear caster
booms. Locate the four holes in the frame and attach the receiver with the
four 10mm bolts provided. Attach the two cables to the receiver by sliding
them into the receiver’s connector and hand tightening both cables. |
| How do I attach the batteries
to the tractor? |
| Place the battery boxes into the frame.
Place the batteries into the battery boxes with the terminals on the inside
of the frame. Connect the fuse to the positive terminal. Connect the copper
plate with the negative wires (the rings attached to the wire are labeled
-) to the negative terminal across from the terminal the fuse is connected
to. Connect one of the green wires supplied to the other negative terminal
and the other green wire to the positive terminal across from the other
green wire. Connect the two green connectors to complete the batteries 24
volt circuit. |
| How do remove the batteries
to the tractor? |
| First unplug the green connectors.
Next, loosen the fuse terminal (positive) and the negative terminal and
proceed with removing the batteries. |
| How do I complete the tractors
assembly? |
| For your convenience the tractor’s
motors are shipped in neutral, so you can roll the vehicle around during
assembly. Prior to operation you must lock the motors into gear. On the
inside center of the motor there is a slot. Rotate the slot using a small
combination wrench until the wheels lock and will not spin freely. Both
motors need to be locked. |
